Calm and Tranquility By White Cloud  

When tranquility of soul has been achieved then and only then can you say you are truly calm and at peace.
The safe haven that place where you are truely at peace is much sought after by many and yet it is so easy to find and everyone is capable of finding this place, this state of mind and soul.
This is one of many gifts we gave to all people and yet so few recognize it.
It is not a gift that has been given to a few, it was given to everyone who regardless of race, colour or creed who transends to the physical has been given with love from the creator.
The thing is to recognize it and use it for the betterment of mankind and the Universe.
